TCH – Transformational Coaching and Healing

TCH - Transforamtional Coaching and Healing

TCH stands for Transformational Coaching and Healing, a unique method I have created over my 20 years of helping clients and students with their issues. It includes the various methods that I have studied and employed for numerous years. I employ them intuitively, according to your needs so as to best serve you and achieve results in the most efficient and effective way.

Transformational Coaching is the most powerful coaching approach I know of. It was developed by one of the top international coaches and trainer of trainers, Christopher Howard. This hybrid blend makes use of modalities like Hypnosis, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programing) and cutting-edge technologies like Neurological Re-patterning and Performance Coaching.

With my years of study of and experience with the physical, emotional, mental and energy bodies, I know how important it is to include them all in the process of transformation. I have thus enhanced Chris Howard’s methodology by incorporating Transformational Healing, a blend of all the other modalities I am trained in to create an even more holistic style. For instance, supporting the body’s ability to get rid of waste during and after a session makes transformation a lot smoother. Integrating Energy Psychology, which is also well-suited for remote sessions, brings an additional dimension to the therapeutic process. Craniosacral Therapy, which can be performed hands-on, remotely and via surrogate, compliments and rounds off the reprogramming of the subconscious mind; it enriches the work on every level: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. In TCH, I make use of my entire tool kit to assist my client in the best way I know, every time they consult me.
